I can't imagine what if it happen at Cambridge..
The cop just stand aside and watch all the teenager do this kind of stuff and they'r not doing anything ..WHY?
When i watched the video, the teenager that runnnnnnn towards the shopping mall, i though they'r gonna stop the others teenage that do this but what i surprise was all of them are throwing stone or run into the shop to grab anything they can....I WAS LIKE =.=?????
It happened before at 1985, pls dun let this kind of things happen again..
